Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at 
sploots.uk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged goods


Please inspect your purchases once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. we will be happy to work with you to rectify the issue(s).

 

non-returnable items


returns are not accepted for the following items;

 

  • Loose Natural treats (including treat boxes & pouches that have been opened)

  • Sale items

  • Gift Cards

 

Exchanges


our exchange process is simple; once we have agreed to accept a return for your item we will refund you for the value of the product excluding postage. once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, at this point we will inform you regarding whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the value of the product, excluding postage. Please bear in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
